How to hire a comedian!

This should probably be titled "How to Hire the Right Comedian".  It is easy to hire a comedian. Just do a google search of your city and comedian and you'll probably come up with a hundred youtube videos, websites, and even some agents who book comics.  Pick out a few really great websites, send them an email, give them a price your willing to pay, tell them you want "clean comic".  The comedian will respond that of course they can work "clean", of course they are perfect, and you hire them....

Technically challenged!

What do you mean I need to twitter?  Just when I think I have the whole social networking thing down, someone wants me to add something new.  I thought had perfected socializing when I pulled off just 2 glasses of wine at Friday nights cocktail party, but no, now I have to learn to do it on the internet.  I'm told it's very easy and I can do it alone with my computer or cell phone.  Oh there's good news.  Isn't that operating heavy equipment?  I am sure there should be some kind of warning la...

When something so wrong can be so right!

Just when I was ready to lose my mind over some of the corporate garbage we have to go through, I found an old buddy who I hadn't seen for 18 years.  Almost worth all the hassle this corporation had put me through just to find him.

Another Birthday? Really?

Wow, the birthdays seem to be coming more frequently.  This was really a good one for me though.  As I looked back on this last year,  I have made huge strides toward my goal to do comedy in  more country clubs, theatre (or theaters), and corporate events and to expand my message of protecting victims of child sexual assault.   The best part of this year has been connecting with  old friends and finding so many new ones.  The highlights of the last year for me are doing my first ever G-rated ...
